  I did my taxes last year with this company, and was ok, this year they really messed up on my kid SS# and the my federal check I have not received it done my taxes on feb 15,2013 and waited for a month I realized I only got my state tax refund but not my federal and then i had to call the IRS to see what was going on and They told me that they rejected my tax send it back to the person that prepared it for me, but she never called me. I had to investigate myself to see why I wasn't receiving my federal money. went back on the 25th of march to have it fixed, another month past and i called the IRS again and they said they have it on hold. the were investigating on my tax because it was electronicly sent and mailed also, when I didn't tell the lady to mail it she said she was going to electronicly send it. so I called her boss very upset for them to not charge me on the tax that they messed up on and he was very rude and now that i got my federal tax returned, they still have the odasity to charge me for there mistake. I have been doing my taxes with HR block and never had a problem, but just to save 120.00 extra i was recomended by my sisterinlaw to go to this place. the saying goes what you pay cheap is what you gonna get. now never again to this place i will pay an extra hundred dollars for HR block to do it.
